An independent survey was carried out in March 2014 of 921 randomly selected Collins House Denplan, Private and NHS patients. The results were fantastic:
- 96% said that our cleanliness and hygiene was ideal.
- 93% gave us the highest possible score for the level of competence that they feel our team have.
- 92% of patients rated the ability of our team to explain their treatment needs as ideal.
- 99% of our Denplan patients would not hesitate to recommend Collins House to a friend or family member, or indeed already have.
We always listen to our patients and the survey revealed that a large number of them wanted Wi-Fi access in the waiting room – this has now been introduced.
