January Update

Update 5^th January 2021

We hope that everyone had a relaxing festive holiday. Following the news that we are now in another full lockdown, we wanted to give an update about what this means for Collins House.

Dentistry is considered to be an essential healthcare service and as such we remain fully open as usual. Therefore, travel and attendance at dental appointments is permitted under current guidance including check-ups, hygiene appointments and treatment appointments. As such, all existing appointments are unaffected and of course we will always see you as soon as possible if you need an emergency appointment.

We have always adopted safe working practices and are following all the latest guidance including additional PPE and distancing to keep you, your families and our team safe. We have received so many positive comments from patients over the last few months, saying how impressed they are with all we have done at Collins House to ensure your safety.

However, we appreciate that some of our patients may be shielded or for various reasons may not want to travel to attend their appointments.  We totally understand and support their decision. If this is the case, please contact our reception team and we will rearrange the date.

We remain positive that there is hope on the horizon with the vaccines. In the meantime, if there are any further updates, we will update our website and Facebook pages.
